Mr. Rosinski is a private attorney based in South Carolina who concentrates his practice on veterans rights and benefits. Since 2000 he has litigated cases on behalf of veterans and their families before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) regional offices, the Board of Veterans’ Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, federal district courts, the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and state courts and was lead counsel in the “Lost Laptop” case against VA for Privacy Act violations. His cases have also
established the right of surviving spouses to obtain all of the benefits due to a veteran who dies after an award but before actual payment and the right to challenge VA fiduciary appointments. Mr. Rosinski has lectured and trained advocates on veterans law, VA benefits, and related appeals strategies throughout the country and has been sought out for his views on veterans’ issues by national and local media, the New York Times, the Washington Post, including appearances on 60 Minutes and local news programs. 

Mr. Rosinski earned his B.S. in Physics and Astronomy from the University of Rochester and is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Force where he qualified as a Nuclear Engineer and earned his silver and gold dolphins.

Mike Polk is an attorney at Belser & Belser in Columbia. His practice focuses on probate administration and litigation, elder law, creditor rights, helping businesses, and general civil litigation. He attended Virginia Tech as an undergraduate and was in the Corps of Cadets. He was in the Navy for 4 years. Among other accomplishments, he appeared before  King Neptune and his Royal Court and was initiated into the Solemn Mysteries of the Ancient Order of Shellbacks.  Mike graduated from UofSC Law School in 1994. He practiced law in Winnsboro for one year with Kenneth G. Goode & Associates. He joined Belser & Belser in 1995. Mike is on the Richland County Bar Executive Committee. He is chair of the South Carolina Bar Technology Committee and used to be on the Elder Law Committee. He worked on the Probate Code Revision Committee. He was named 2021 Solo Small Firm Attorney of the Year. Mike enjoys watching hockey on TV and playing fantasy baseball, which, it turns out, is somehow even lamer than it sounds. He practices yoga. Mike, his wife, and his daughter thought it would be a good idea to get two border collie puppies a couple of years ago, and boy were they wrong. In fact, if you want them, he can probably work something out.
