Breanne is a member of the Florida Bar. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Systems from Truman State University, in Kirksville, MO. There, she was involved in ROTC, minoring in Military Science, and commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the Army in 2015. From there, she graduated with her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, in Gulfport, FL, in 2018. While in law school, Breanne also served as a Reserve officer at Army Reserve Medical Command, in Pinellas Park, FL. Breanne joined the JAG Corps as an active duty Judge Advocate in January, 2019. Her assignments as a Judge Advocate have included Legal Assistance Attorney, Military Justice Advisor, Administrative Law Attorney, and she now serves as the Special Victims' Counsel at Fort Jackson, SC. 

 Jeffrey S. Stephens

Kenny received a B.S. in Geography from United States Military Academy at West Point. Upon graduation, he served in the U.S. Army as an Armor and Cavalry Officer with service in around the world, to include two combat deployments to Iraq. After service, Kenny received a J.D. from University of South Carolina School of Law in 2011. Kenny has been engaged in the private practice of law in Columbia, South Carolina representing veterans and their family members since 2011.

He is admitted to the practice in the South Carolina Supreme Court; the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims; the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Mr. Dojaquez has served on the Military and Veterans Law Committee of the South Carolina Bar since 2011, and has been an active member of that state’s bar. He has devoted his time and energy to ensuring veterans in South Carolina receive access to legal services before the VA as well as in state courts. Kenny was instrumental in advocating for the creation of the Veterans Law Clinic at the University of South Carolina School of Law, and had served as an adjunct instructor from its creation in 2018 until 2021. He has served as the Interim Director of the clinic.

Kenny speaks regularly at the state and national level on Veterans Disability issues and is a frequent presenter for the South Carolina Bar and National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates (NOVA).

 Thomas (Tom) Andrews graduated from USC with a double major in English and political science in 1999 and from the law school at USC in 2002. While in law school, he was a member of the editorial board for the South Carolina Law Review, research assistant to Professor David G. Owen, a finalist in the J. Woodrow Lewis Moot Court Competition, and admitted to the Order of the Wig and Robe.
After law school, Tom worked as a law clerk to then Circuit Court Judge Michael Baxley and then as a staff attorney at the South Carolina Court of Appeals. He worked at a mid-sized insurance defense firm for several years before stumbling into a rewarding solo practice mostly assisting veterans in obtaining their VA benefits. He has successfully represented veterans before various VA Regional Offices, the Board of Veterans' Appeals, the Court of Appeals for Veteran Claims, and the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veteran Advocates and past member of its Amicus Curiae Committee. He is a former council member of the SC Bar's Military and Veterans' Law Section and currently chair-elect of the Solo and Small Firm Section.
Outside of the office, Thomas stays busy helping his wife chase after their three young children, serves on Forest Acres City Council, is active in and currently serving as the chancellor for the Church of the Apostles in Columbia, and is a passionate follower of all Gamecock sports.
