The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is pleased to present the 2021 edition of our annual Masters in Equity Bench Bar seminar. York County Master in Equity Teasa Weaver has designed this year's seminar to provide insights on topics of particular interest to the equity bench and bar and features a distinguished faculty of experienced practitioners and judges who will share their insights on key areas of equity practice. Included in this year's program are presentations on contempt of court, deceased mortgagors and foreclosure actions, tips for effective order writing, legal research tips, the CARES Act, easements and boundary disputes, and a panel discussion on the intersection of equity and probate. We are happy again this year to have Steve Spitz bring his fabulous perspective on recent equity cases! As always, this program is a mandatory CLE for our Equity Bench, so if your practice includes equity matters, you won't want to miss this important, powerful, and most of all practical day of instruction and discussion!
This seminar is an intermediate to advanced level program.
This program qualifies for 6.0 MCLE, including 6.0 Bankruptcy Specialty Credit hours SC Supreme Commission on CLE Course #218627
