The 31st Annual Criminal Practice in South Carolina seminar is back and better than ever.  Course Planner Amie Clifford has again assembled a diverse and outstanding faculty that includes members of the judiciary and legislature, along with solicitors and prosecutors, public defenders, appellate defenders, agency attorneys and private practitioners.  This important program features updates on significant appellate decisions and legislation, a panel discussion on collateral attacks on convictions, as well as stakeholder perspectives on policies and procedures affecting access to, rights of, services for, and liability of offenders.  Finally, we are pleased to offer Professor Robert M.
