The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is pleased to partner with attorney and Florida certified Circuit Civil, County, and Appellate Court mediator ERIC DUNLAP to offer a 40-hour virtual
circuit mediation training program. This
fully South Carolina ADR Commission-certified training program will consist of
lectures, group discussions, written exercises, and mediation role plays/simulations.
Reading materials, including applicable South Carolina ADR statutes, rules of
procedure, and rules of conduct designed to supplement the training will be
provided to trainees at the training program. Trainees will also be required to
reduce an agreement to writing.
Day 1: 8.0 MCLE credit hours, including up to .5 LEPR credit hour. Course #: 215532ADO

The South Carolina Bar is an accredited CLE provider in South Carolina only. Attorneys are responsible for seeking their own credit in other jurisdictions.

Cancellation
& Refund Policy: Refunds,
less $250, will be made for cancellations received in writing to
registrar@scbar.org by 5 p.m. ten (10) business days before the start of the
program. You may transfer to another program date only once. Transfer fee is
$100.00. If you register but do not cancel or attend, you will receive no
refund. Designated substitutes may take the place of registrants unable to
attend.
