Live Webcast: 30th Annual Criminal Practice in SC

February 26, 2021

The 30th Annual Criminal Practice in South Carolina seminar is back and better than ever.  Course Planner Amie Clifford has again assembled a diverse and outstanding faculty that includes members of the judiciary and legislature, along with solicitors and prosecutors, public defenders, appellate defenders, agency attorneys and private practitioners.  This important program features updates on case law and legislation, and presentations on legislative initiatives, and the impact on driver’s licenses from criminal convictions. In addition, the afternoon block features a deep dive into opinions, issues and trends related to collateral attacks on criminal convictions.  Finally, there will be a full hour of LEPR credit focusing on the ethics of litigating or not litigating and criminal case during a pandemic.

If you are looking for a practical criminal law program with substantive materials, insights on recent cases and legislation, a comprehensive discussion of collateral consequences AND ethics – all taught by a truly outstanding faculty, then the 30th Annual Criminal Practice in South Carolina CLE program from the South Carolina Bar-CLE Division is the seminar for you!

This program qualifies for 6.25 MCLE; 1.0 LEPR
