The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is proud to present A Criminal Trial Demonstration: High Speed, High BAC, High Drama DUI Trial.  

Do you want to learn how great lawyers try cases? Would you like a peek inside the jury deliberation room to see and hear how jurors relate to attorneys, process evidence, assess witness credibility, and make decisions about guilt and innocence?

Circuit Court Judge Robert Hood and some of South Carolina’s most experienced prosecutors and defense attorneys will demonstrate the height of the trial lawyer’s craft by trying a DUI case in front of a live jury.
