This seminar is full of practical tips and advice on the fundamentals of drafting prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. You will learn how to manage your client’s expectations as well as how to guide your client through the process. Tips on avoiding drafting mistakes and drafting must haves will be included. There will be special emphasis on the financial considerations in preparing the prenuptial agreement. The uses of postnuptial agreements will be discussed. Also, there promises to be a lively discussion on the merits and downsides to prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
