Live Webcast: 2022 Advanced Family Law Topics for the Bench and Bar

December 02, 2022

The South Carolina chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the South Carolina Bar CLE Division are proud to present the 4th Annual "Advanced Family Law Topics for the Bench and Bar."  Course planner Ben Stevens has designed this program to address trending family law topics from an advanced practice perspective, offering in-depth analysis and practical guidance for successful practice in Family Court.

This special program features a distinguished faculty of AAML Fellows, including nationally recognized family law practitioner Lawrence Braunstein of White Plains, NY.  In addition, we are proud to offer presentations by Family Court Judge Tim Madden and authorities in areas such as mental health, LGBTQ+ rights, and financial agreements.

This powerful program is offered live at the SC Bar Conference Center and at our Greenville, Charleston, and Myrtle Beach satellite locations (attendance at each of which can earn you live, "carry-forward" CLE credits).  The seminar is also available via live, individual webcast.  This seminar is one you will not want to miss!

This seminar is an advanced level program.
