This

won the Association of Continuing Legal Education’s highest award for
professional excellence. This energetic, captivating, and interactive program
will give you the strategies and skills to immediately elevate your deposition
skills. The program is divided into six presentations that are approximately
one hour in length. Each lecture has interactive exercises, analysis of video
clips that support the teaching points, and engaging visual aids that are
memorable.
Program
Highlights: (1) Develop a Winning Case Strategy, (2) The Keys to Taking
a Successful Deposition, (3) How to Defeat Lying Witnesses and Combative
Lawyers, (4) Beat an Expert Witness Every Time, (5) The Ethics of Witness
Preparation and Defending the Deposition, and (6) How to Use Depositions
Successfully at Trial.
These
interactive lectures demonstrate why the conventional wisdom is often wrong and
reveals the latest deposition techniques in order to succeed. For example,
attorneys will learn how to create a Deposition Guide for any deposition that
will ensure that they take a focused deposition that makes a real difference in
the outcome of the case. Attorneys will also learn how to phrase a question so
that even the most difficult witness cannot avoid answering it. After taking
this course, attorneys will no longer be afraid to take an expert witnesses’
deposition but instead, they will have the confidence and tools to defeat any
expert.
