will give you the strategies and skills to immediately elevate your deposition
skills. The program is divided into six presentations that are approximately
one hour in length. Each lecture has interactive exercises, analysis of video
clips that support the teaching points, and engaging visual aids that are
memorable.
Program
Highlights: (1) Develop a Winning Case Strategy, (2) The Keys to Taking
a Successful Deposition, (3) How to Defeat Lying Witnesses and Combative
Lawyers, (4) Beat an Expert Witness Every Time, (5) The Ethics of Witness
Preparation and Defending the Deposition, and (6) How to Use Depositions
Successfully at Trial.
These

expert.
