Join us on July 21 and learn how to collect a judgment in South Carolina by gaining a better understanding of the key statutes and important case law that guides the post-judgment collection process. You will learn the basics of how to get into a courtroom as well as some of Angell Molony law firm's best advice as to how to have an effective Rule to Show Cause hearing.
Additionally, you will learn more about the biggest key to any successful judgment collection in South Carolina: Attachable Assets (or lack thereof). Kevin Molony and Aaron Angell have years of experience, and plenty of entertaining, real-life examples, of not only the types of assets to look for but also directions on how to find them, how to attach them, and why quality legal asset searches are integral in all types of cases.
