Lunch & Learn: Digital Estate Assets & Strategies

July 28, 2023


Join us on July 28 with Anne Kelley Russell and Tom Zamadics for a presentation which will provide practitioners with a fundamental understanding of digital assets and strategies for how to tailor estate plans to accommodate different kinds of cryptocurrency and NFTs.  They will review recent developments and discuss their impact on estate planning for digital assets.  They will also discuss the Revised Uniform Fiduciary Access to Digital Assets Act (RUFADAA) and its role in estate planning for digital assets.

 

This program qualifies for 2.0 MCLE credit hours, including up to 2.0 EPP Specialization credit hours.
