This seminar will address real case examples of Misconduct during the Discovery Phase of Litigation, and how to appropriately use the South Carolina Rules of Civil Procedures to expose potentially Sanctionable conduct by opposing counsel. One case study that will be reviewed in detail resulted in the highest Monetary and Substantive Sanctions issue by a South Carolina Judge in South Carolina Jurisprudence.
