The first hour of this program will
explore the practitioner’s ethical duties of candor toward the tribunal through
the lenses of the litigator, a Circuit Judge and a Family Court Judge. Our second hour will feature a panel
discussion of attorneys with a range of practice experiences on their
understanding and practical application of the SC Bar Attorney Oath.
