Lunch & Learn: Chevron - We Hardly Knew Ye
Chevron deference is gone, but not forgotten, in the wake of the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo. This (possibly irreverent) Lunch and Learn CLE will explore the history of the Chevron decision and the implications of its overturn in the Loper Bright decision, from the perspective of a panel of administrative law practitioners.
