The Business Torts: Avoiding Bad Business seminar provides instruction on torts that arise in the business employer-employee relationship, torts stemming from customer-client relations, torts between owners/shareholders of business, and tortious conduct between businesses. In addition, attendees will gain insight into trends in business torts, including the risks (ethical, legal, and practical) of Artificial Intelligence.
