The Business Torts: Avoiding Bad Business seminar
provides instruction on torts that arise in the business employer-employee relationship,
torts stemming from customer-client relations, torts between owners/shareholders
of business, and tortious conduct between businesses. In addition, attendees
will gain insight into trends in business torts, including the risks (ethical, legal,
and practical) of Artificial Intelligence.

and risk-avoidance as it relates to business torts;

matters present—whether as a potential plaintiff or defendant;

assist in client counseling and representation;
