2024 Residential Real Estate Essentials
Join our distinguished and
experienced faculty—Teri Callen, Lisa Hostetler Brown, and Bradley Richardson—for
an interactive, practical seminar on the residential real estate closing
process. This guided tour will take you through a typical residential real
estate closing from start to finish, emphasizing the proper sequence, process,
and forms.
In a participatory format, you
will explore title examination and insurance, loan policies, post-closing
issues, and disclosures. Our "voices of experience" will share
insights into common pitfalls and traps, offering practical solutions to the
challenges you and your clients may face.
Whether you are just beginning
your journey as a residential real estate attorney or are a seasoned
practitioner seeking a practical refresher, this program is tailored to meet
your needs.
This
seminar is a basic level program.
