About the Seminar
The SC Bar CLE Division is proud to present "Key Issues in Advanced Commercial Real Estate Practice." Course Planner Josh Lonon has brought together a stellar faculty of experienced practitioners who will provide guidance on some of the most important current and trending issues in commercial real estate practice in South Carolina. Topics include commercial leases, economic development and government incentives, commercial foreclosures, recognizing and avoiding environmental pitfalls, a practical analysis of commercial real estate title nuances, and an important look at the ethics of multi-jurisdictional practice.
