Live Webcast: Emojis and the Law
Join the SC Bar's Trial and Appellate Advocacy Section and CLE Division for "Emojis and the Law" on Tuesday, October 11. This program will feature a discussion on emojis and emoticons in criminal, civil and family law cases; emojis in e-discovery-searching and interpreting digital records; and competence regarding technology. Discussions will be led by Appellate Defender Taylor Gilliam with the SC Commission of Indigent Defense. Joining Taylor will be Judge Gary Hill of the SC Court of Appeals and Attorney at Law Tristan Shaffer.
