The Relevant Issues in Commercial and Consumer Bankruptcy seminar will address significant and complex issues in bankruptcy cases. Key topics to be addressed during this program include:

  • Case Law update of the most important recent opinions impacting the insolvency arena;
  • Overview of current issues in fraudulent transfer litigation;
  • Ethical issues impacting insolvency professionals;
  • Discussion and management of complex issues arising in Chapter 11, subchapter V, and Chapter 13 cases.

This seminar is an intermediate to advanced level program.

This program qualifies for 6.0 MCLE credit hours, including up to 1.0 LEPR credit hour and 6.0 Bankruptcy & Debtor/Credit Law specialization credit.
