Properly representing a community association requires a familiarity with a number of areas of the law, including the law relating to real estate (including condominiums and planned unit developments), litigation, corporations, development, contracts, and federal and state housing laws. The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is proud to present a very practical and interactive seminar on the special issues which affect property owners' associations and homeowners associations. Course faculty will discuss a number of different aspects of this technical area of law to help you properly represent a community association.
