About the Seminar
The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is pleased to present the 2018 edition of our annual Masters in Equity Bench Bar seminar. Judge Steven Kirven has designed a powerful and fast-paced program featuring a distinguished faculty of experienced practitioners and judges who will share their insights on key areas of equity practice. Featured presenters for this year's program include Justice John Few and Chief Judge James Lockemy. Steve Spitz will deliver his annual (and always entertaining) equity law update, and this year's program also includes updates on the Uniform Partition of Heirs Property Act by Teri Callen, supplemental proceedings by Joey Floyd, quiet title post tax sales by Parker Barnes, installment sale contracts and the equity of redemption by Drew Radeker, and the duties of Guardians by Kelley Woody.
