About the Seminar
The South Carolina Bar CLE Division is proud to present a very practical, interactive and cross-disciplinary seminar on the law and litigation of eminent domain cases. Course faculty will cover a number of different aspects of this technical area of law with an emphasis on practical application of legal principles and trial strategy to help you handle these cases from start to finish. This program is designed to be interactive and participatory and will be led by attorneys, engineers and appraisers to allow for a comprehensive view of the eminent domain process.
