About the Seminar
The impact of technology on consumer law is ever apparent in recent federal rulemaking, introduction of the undefined term “FinTech” and news of security breaches and cyber-attacks hitting the front page… or your inbox on an increasing basis. This program includes discussions on those topics as well as a look at recent high court rulings in the debt collection space and how to deal with the stress of keeping up with the ever-changing landscape of consumer law.
This program will appeal most to lawyers practicing in consumer, debtor and/or creditor law. Attorneys wanting to be brought up to speed on pressing issues and topics in consumer law are encouraged to attend!
