About the Speaker
Robert W. Rushing Jr., was born in Darlington, South Carolina on March 19, 1963. He was admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1988.
Education: Francis Marion University (B.A. cum laude in 1985); University of South Carolina School of Law.(J.D.,1988).
