About the Seminar
The South Carolina Tort Law Update is a CLE institution and annual favorite for attorneys who practice personal injury, tort, and insurance law.  Moderators John Nichols and Scott Moise will preside over an outstanding faculty of experienced practitioners for a day of scholarly and practical insights covering some of the hottest trends in tort law, litigation, and personal injury trial practice.  This year's program features presentations on drone law and liability, business torts, employment torts, cyber and intellectual property torts, waivers and releases, and an up-to-the-minute case law update.  In addition, Justin Kahn will reveal what litigators can learn from magicians and Shannon Bobertz will provide that all-important Mental Health/Substance Abuse credit.
