About the Seminar
The SC Bar CLE Division is pleased to present a special and very practical seminar for attorneys who practice in Probate Court or represent Personal Representatives. Join Greenville County Probate Judge Debora Faulkner for a step-by-step explanation of South Carolina's new Probate Forms and detailed instructions on how to complete the new forms properly and completely. Judge Faulkner will provide unerring guidance on how to navigate the more than 80 forms that have been changed or created in response to the 2013 omnibus legislation amending the SC Probate Code.
The program and accompanying forms are divided into six categories and will be presented in the order they would most likely appear in a typical estate administration, from opening to closing to subsequent administration. If you practice in Probate Court, this is a seminar that will help you become more fully acquainted with the new forms and make you more efficient in completing them for your clients.
