About the Seminar
This presentation will walk you through the nuts and bolts of premises liability actions in South Carolina beginning with a historical overview of how the law has developed in this area. Specifically, the presenters will focus on the property owner's duty to protect against injury; differentiating between injuries caused by employees and those caused by third parties. Finally, the presenters will talk about a recent South Carolina Supreme Court case and the impact of that decision on future premises liability cases in our state.
Speakers: Robert Foster/Sarah Eibling
