About the Speaker
Zina Deldar an attorney in the San Francisco office of Paul Hastings, LLP. She represents companies in all aspects of employment law litigation and counseling, including handling administrative complaints and single-plaintiff claims to class and collective actions involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour claims under federal and state laws. She has significant experience counseling clients on reductions in force and compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Ms. Deldar received her B.A. from Carleton College and her J.D. from University of Wisconsin Law School.
