About the Speaker
Ben Carver is an attorney in the Broomfield, Colorado office of Cooley, LLP, where he represents emerging companies from incorporation, to their first financing and through their eventual exit. In between these company critical transactions, he advises on day-to-day operations, including governance issues and general business matters. In addition, he regularly represents venture and strategic investors in financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York. Mr. Carver earned his B.S. from Stanford University and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
