About the Speaker
Sara Sharp is a partner in the Denver office of Sparkman + Foote, LLP, where she has an extensive business and real estate practice. She represents companies in a variety of industries and stages of development, from early-stage startups to Fortune 500 public companies. She advises clients in commercial transactions, drafting and negotiating enterprise-level agreements, reviewing and negotiating vendor contracts, and in intellectual property matters. Ms. Sharp received her B.A. from Northeastern State University and her J.D. from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
