About the Seminar
This year's Criminal Law seminar will feature panel discussions about the latest developments in the criminal law sector that are important to practitioners in this area. The seminar will kick off with panel discussion giving invaluable tips and insights about the current appellate process. It will be followed by and information and dynamic discussion between Scarlet Wilson and Jared Fishman on the presence and impact of implicit racial bias in criminal cases. Rep. Murrell Smith and Sen. Gerald Malloy will conclude the afternoon with a legislative update detailing legislative changes from the last legislative session and prospective changes from pre-filed legislation that impact criminal law practitioners.
