About the Seminar
Learn the basics of conducting a real estate closing from start to finish, including what ethical traps closing attorneys must avoid. We’ll start from the beginning by discussing how to open a file and engage a client. Next, we’ll review the latest ethical rules for real estate transactions, from Buyers Service to Quicken, and everything in between. Then we go through the basics of reviewing title and preparing a title commitment and other documents for the closing. Finally, we’ll run through a mock closing, complete with a couple joke suggestions!
