About the Seminar
Mr. Conley will discuss the risks inherent in infrastructure construction, with a focus on renewable energy projects, and how EPC contracting typically allocates those risks between the owner/developer and the contractor. Mr. Conley examine key considerations arising during each phase of the infrastructure project, i.e. Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning and Testing, and Warranty, and how to address those considerations in the EPC contract. The presentation will also cover EPC pricing methodologies and critical EPC contract provisions dealing with changes, schedule, termination, limitations on liability and dispute resolution.
