About the Seminar
The goal of this presentation is to provide an overview of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act (SCRA) to identify and explain the applicability of servicemember rights under the SCRA with a focus on provisions with the broadest applicability over many different practice areas. This presentation teaches what the language of the law is, and applies it to various fact patterns encountered by service-members in various civil matters. It also familiarizes the audience with different aspects of military service underlying the need for SCRA protections to provide a better understanding of the overall purpose and applicability of the SCRA.
