Fired over Facebook is a CLE about the free speech rights of public and private workers in South Carolina. This CLE specifically focuses on social media speech and current case law dealing with speech on social media. The Constitutional protections of public employees are addressed as well as the statutory protection for South Carolina workers in both the public and private sectors provided by S.C. Code Ann. Sec. 16-17-560.
