About the Seminar
The Rules of Evidence are complex and even more so during speedy Magistrate trials. Judge Coble teaches his method for understanding the basic foundation of evidence and how to quickly identify an objection and how to properly respond. Understanding the Rules of Evidence gives litigants not only more confidence in their next trial, but also more leverage in their next negotiation when opposing counsel knows they are prepared and trial ready.
