About the Seminar
Originally offered as part of the May, 2021 State Guard Seminar, this presentation provides an overview of South Carolina's attorney discipline process through the eyes of a former ODC staff lawyer. In addition, viewers will benefit from guidance on how to maintain decorum, collegiality and professionalism during litigation and in the courtroom. Featured in this important ethics presentation are case summaries and updates on recent rulings from the Supreme Court.
