Expert evidence can be complicated and require knowledge of many rules and case law. This CLE explains both the history of expert evidence rules as well as the current case law. With a recent South Carolina Supreme Court case in 2020, this CLE will help familiarize litigants with Daubert/Council hearings and how to properly admit expert testimony
