Lawrence J. Fox is a partner and former managing partner with Drinker Biddle & Reath, LLP in Philadelphia where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation, business disputes and professional services liability. In addition to being a nationally recognized speaker and writer on legal ethics, Larry is the Crawford Lecturer at Yale Law School where he teaches professional responsibility.
