About the Seminar
This program was presented by the South
Carolina Bar CLE Division and the South Carolina Chapter of the Federal Bar
Association. It was designed for those that are new to the Federal courts in
South Carolina as well as for the most experienced practitioner. The speakers
included United States Magistrate Judges and District Court Judges and Judges
from the Fourth Circuit. We also had panels of seasoned attorneys to address
