About the Seminar
If you're ready to learn about litigating personal injury cases other than the run of the mill motor vehicle collision, then you have found the right seminar!  This CLE is intended to provide a basis overview of eight specific types of personal injury cases, including premises liability (trip and fall on stairs), medical malpractice (failure to diagnose), maritime (jet ski rental accident), motor vehicle collision (car vs. pedestrian), law enforcement liability (vehicle pursuit), nursing home (pressure sores), negligent security (bar shooting), and products liability (consumer products defect).  Presenters will discuss key issues encountered in litigating these types of cases including jurisdiction, venue, proving facts, bases of liability, causation, use of experts, potential evidentiary issues, and strategies for success.

Eight dynamic male and female presenters from across the state, many of whom have worked at both defense and plaintiff firms throughout their careers, share overviews, strategies, and tips with respect to litigating various types of personal injury cases.
