About the Seminar
Ready to make the switch from reactive to proactive case or matter management? Legal project management is a best-practices approach for scoping, planning, executing, and controlling legal work, given the constraints of time, budget, and performance requirements.
This practical
and straightforward program covers a variety of methods and tools to assist in
delivering legal services more efficiently and profitably. It also explores how
LPM helps legal professionals adhere naturally to many South Carolina Rules of
Professional Conduct.
Whether your firm or organization manages litigation or transactional matters, join us as we explore the three major project management philosophies — predictive, agile, and hybrid — and dive into hot topics such as communications planning, avoiding scope creep, case estimating techniques, quality management, risk management, capturing lessons learned and much more.
