About the Seminar
Join ALC Judge Milton Kimpson, DHEC attorney Vito Wicevic, and La’Jessica Stringfellow of Robinson Gray Stepp & Laffitte for an overview of administrative law practice in South Carolina. Judge Kimpson will review the basics of administrative and regulatory law, Vito will provide a review of the many practice areas covered by administrative law, as well as the nuts and bolts of practice and appeals, and La’Jessica will provide an update on recent important administrative cases of note.
