About the Seminar
Join your colleagues in the Criminal Law section, as well as our state’s Circuit Judges, for a powerful and practical examination of several hot topics in criminal law.  This year’s program features an experienced and entertaining faculty of solicitor and defense practitioners who will provide authoritative guidance on case initiation and investigation and ending cases the right way.  We’ll also hear from Circuit Judge William McKinnon and Senator Billy Garrett as they provide a judicial and legislative update.  Finally, Circuit Judge Debra McCaslin, Aimee Zmrocek and Sterling Chillico will offer insights into getting your cases across the finish line.  As always, this program is a mandatory judicial CLE for our Circuit Judges, so don’t miss this opportunity to learn from some fabulous presenters.
