About the Seminar
The South Carolina Bar – CLE Division and the South Carolina Bar Construction Law Section are proud to present the 2023 Construction Law Conference. Conference attendees will learn how to make Zoom depositions more effective, get an expansive view of construction motions and trial practice from the perspective of the plaintiff, the defense, and the bench, and will also be given in-depth analysis from a forensic engineer who routinely works in litigation support. Circuit Judge Clifton Newman will explore class action litigation with single family residences. All of this combined with a thorough construction law update and substance abuse/mental health and ethics presentations tailored to relevant litigation topics, makes this construction law CLE a must-attend event.
