Cs: Clients, Conflicts, and Confidentiality for In-House Counsel – A Tour of
the Relevant Rules of Professional Conduct. The session will consist of a
one-hour tour of Rules 1.6, 1.7, and 1.13 Specifically designed for In-House
Counsel.
In addition, Reyburn W. Lominack, III, Fisher & Phillips, LLP, in Columbia, will review the latest developments in employment and labor law, including the FTC’s position on noncompete agreements, the NLRB’s aggressive enforcement strategy, and the DOL’s anticipated changes to overtime rules.
