About the Seminar
ChatGPT is on the process of becoming integrated with the practice of law. Meanwhile, artificial intelligence, generally, has been a fixture in the practice for some time. And what about crypto? Can lawyers accept that for their fee? Stuart Teicher, Esq., the CLE Performer will explain the basics of these technologies and teach the ethical implications for lawyers.
The second part
of the seminar will focus on Cryptocurrency Litigation. While the early days of
cryptocurrency were shrouded in intrigue and uncertainty, recent years have
seen a trillion-dollar economy develop around digital assets. Where one finds
money, one finds litigation. An attorney is ill-equipped to handle such
litigation, however, if she does not understand the technology underlying the
cryptocurrency economy. Attorney Graham Newman will provide a fundamental
overview of cryptocurrency technology, the types of litigation emerging in this
field, and how the crypto technology itself is used to prove a case.
