Seminar
The South Carolina Bar Continuing Legal Education (CLE) Division is pleased to announce the 2024 Corporate/Transactional Law Essentials seminar. This introductory course is designed to help practitioners who are new to corporate practice and transactional law navigate the key processes and challenges in this specialized area.
