The Equitable Apportionment Worksheet 3.6 provides an easy-to-use tool for listing and dividing marital assets and debts.
Software Program Highlights Include:
•Allows the user to enter a listing of each spouse’s assets (along with the value) and each spouse’s liens. Marital debts can also be listed.
• Automatic calculation of the equity in each asset
• If an asset is assigned to a spouse, the asset’s value will immediately be displayed in that party’s column and an adjustment will be made to the running total and percentage displayed at the bottom of the screen
• Allows the user to split an asset into any percentage. The resulting values will be displayed in the spouses’ column.
• A “Target” function allows the user to select a particular asset and divide it into any amount necessary, so as to arrive at a certain overall division.
